Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig on September 21 in 1983. She is an American Actress best known as Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV show Lost. Maggie Grace was born in Worthington, Ohio and dropped out of high school after her parents separated to go in Los Angeles to live with her mother. The year 2001 was a difficult one for her, but despite difficulties with money, she was able to secure her first big performance in the video online show Rachel's Room as the lead character. Her performance as Martha Moxley, a 15-year-old victim of murder in the TV movie Murder in Greenwich in 2002 earned her a nomination for a Young Artist Award. Grace Rutherford, a character in Lost between 2004 and 2005, was nominated for an Screen Actors Guild Award.
